1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by MK Digitalverse ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when required
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

For our paid services, the following terms apply:

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect ongoing projects.

Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur late fees of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to MK Digitalverse. Nothing contained on our services should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without our prior written permission.

Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. However, we retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your information. Both parties agree to:

• Keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement
• Not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent
• Use such information only for the purpose of providing or receiving our services

This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MK Digitalverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the services in question.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
